Intuit Mailchimp
In partnership with Invisible North, Studio Sulzer executed a comprehensive, year-long go-to-market strategy for Intuit Mailchimp aimed at fostering genuine connections among Mid-Market Simple Commerce Customers (MMSCs). Our framework focused on enhancing recruitment, funnel progression, and account growth, prioritizing personalized and engaging experiences to promote long-term loyalty.
As part of our scope of work, we conceptualized a cohesive visual identity for all customer-facing marketing collateral and created pre- and post-promotional playbooks designed to drive tune-in and enhance post-event sales enablement opportunities. Content production played a vital role including the development of scripts for product releases and tutorials, as well as the management of all production logistics and talent sourcing.
Our strategy culminated in a curated calendar of 12 touchpoints strategically executed across target markets in the US, Canada, and Australia. These touchpoints included Small Format Networking and Sales Enablement Events, Brand-Owned Tentpole Events, Digital-First Content Franchises, Industry Event Sponsorships, Webinars, and Educational Workshops.
The program resulted in a 20x growth in the prospective audience, with lead captures increasing by 5x at owned events, 2x at industry events, and 3x at internal events.
